This Privacy Policy describes how ArtNet Master ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our authentication provider (Supabase). If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the profile information you authorize.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to ArtNet Master Pro, your purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive subscription status information through RevenueCat but do not have access to your payment details (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.).

App Configuration Data: Your fixture patches, DMX settings, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data is not transmitted to our servers.

Network Data: The App communicates on your local network using the Art-Net protocol (UDP port 6454) to control DMX lighting fixtures. This communication occurs entirely on your local network and is not routed through our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain your account
• Process and manage your subscription status
• Provide customer support
• Improve the App and develop new features

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. DMX configuration data (fixture patches, channel values, network settings) is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to any server.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Authentication and account management
• RevenueCat — Subscription management and purchase verification
• Apple App Store / Google Play — Payment processing for subscriptions
• Open Fixture Library — Fixture definition database (no personal data is transmitted)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect and process.

5. Local Network Access

ArtNet Master requires local network access to discover and communicate with DMX lighting devices on your network. This communication uses the standard Art-Net protocol and occurs entirely within your local network. We do not monitor, log, or transmit any information about your network topology or connected devices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days. Local app data can be deleted at any time by uninstalling the App.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

ArtNet Master is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date.
